About the Role
Maison de Chain is selectively hiring a Client Experience Associate to join our traveling pop-up team across the San Ramon, California. This role is reserved for individuals who naturally carry themselves with poise, reliability, and attention to detail, and who understand the importance of delivering a refined client experience in dynamic, event-based environments.
You will be representing the Maison brand at curated pop-ups, private events, and select festivals—where every interaction matters.
What You’ll Be Responsible For

Traveling to scheduled pop-ups and business partner locations throughout San Francisco, and select California cities.

Assisting in the setup and breakdown of elevated, luxury-style displays.

Creating a seamless and memorable client experience from arrival to checkout.

Confidently guiding clients through selections, pricing, and add-ons .

Managing transactions with accuracy and professionalism.

Supporting overall event flow and maintaining brand standards at all times

Requirements (Non-negotiables)

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout San Fransico, San Ramon California.

Weekend and event-based availability

Prior retail sales jewelry exprience (Nice to Have)

Compensation
$16.00/hr + commission opportunities.
